Eltronic A/S announces leadership transition

As part of its continued development and long-term growth ambitions, Eltronic A/S is implementing a leadership transition. By mutual agreement, Morten Svendsen will step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Eltronic A/S. Lars Jensen, owner and founder of Eltronic Group, will assume the role of CEO on an interim basis.

Morten Svendsen has been part of Eltronic A/S since 2009 and has played a central role in the company’s development. In 2017, he was appointed Vice President of Eltronic Production Systems, and since 2020, he has served as CEO of Eltronic A/S.

“For many years, Morten has been a significant and valuable part of Eltronic’s development. His leadership, commitment and dedication have been of great importance to the company and the results we have achieved. To ensure continuity and maintain momentum throughout the transition, Lars Jensen will lead Eltronic A/S as interim CEO. At the same time, Boe Villum Boesen, Chairman of the Board, will work closely with the executive leadership team and the organisation. This leadership structure will remain in place until a permanent CEO has been appointed.
