Congratulations to Kurt Sørensen on celebrating his 25th anniversary at Eltronic!

From his first day, he has left a significant mark on the company with his technical expertise and teamwork skills. Today, Kurt serves as an Electrical Service Technician, working as a consultant with Air Liquide. He has closely collaborated with Air Liquide over the past 25 years, making this partnership his primary focus. Over many years of loyal service, Kurt has traveled thousands of kilometers annually for new challenges and tasks for Air Liquide. Each day presents new situations, from troubleshooting to implementing new technological solutions. Kurt’s ability to embrace the unknown and his insistence on always finding the best solution have made him a true role model.

Kurt’s journey at Eltronic has been marked by a wide range of exciting projects and challenges. As someone who thrives on technical complexity, Kurt has been involved in monitoring systems and advanced installations. “I appreciate the unpredictability of each day,” says Kurt. “It is a constant opportunity to learn and develop.”

Collaboration with colleagues

His career has been characterized by a unique loyalty towards Lars Jensen, the founder of Eltronic Group. Wherever Lars has journeyed in his career, Carlo has been by his side, and when Eltronic was established, he was among the first to join the company.

A large part of Kurt’s work satisfaction can be attributed to his longstanding collaboration with colleague Jan Udbye. The two share a rare form of effortless communication, making their partnership both productive and harmonious. Kurt notes, “Working with Jan is like having an invisible line of understanding. We know exactly how to complement each other’s skills.” Over the years, their collaboration has created a strong synergy that has strengthened the company’s overall performance. Their relationship is an example of how friendship and professional respect can lead to a much deeper commitment to doing one’s best.
