Sustainability Report: Marking 25 years of commitment, innovation, and responsibility

The knowledge and technology group, Eltronic Group, presents their annual Sustainability Report 2024/2025, highlighting the Group’s progress on environmental, social, and governance (ESG).

Standing by our responsibility

In recent years, Eltronic Group has prepared for the CSRD and the requirements it would entail, strengthening data processes, documentation practices, and its overall ESG readiness. However, over the past year, regulatory requirements have changed, including the Omnibus Directive, meaning that Eltronic Group is no longer obligated to report according to the CSRD.

“Despite these changes, we stand firmly by the promises we made: to act responsibly, to reduce our environmental impact, and to contribute positively to society” says Lars Jensen, CEO and President of Eltronic Group.

As a result, this year’s Sustainability Report outlines how the Group is moving from a compliance-focused ESG approach to a customer-driven sustainability agenda, combining technical know-how with ESG insights to help customers reduce environmental impact and enhance performance.

Building a strong foundation

The strategic shift is not only reflected in the Group’s new sustainability direction but also in this year’s strong performance. The Group has:

  • Increased its workforce by 8.5% across the organization reaching more than 1500 employees (FTE)
  • Enhanced the percentage of female managers to 19.9%, an increase of 4.1 percentage points since 2022/2023
  • Retained a high employee satisfaction at 78

Within the Group, Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions increased in line with organizational growth, while partial decoupling was achieved in some subsidiaries.
Eltronic Group has developed a reduction action plan that outlines concrete initiatives to lower direct emissions across the organization.

Creating long-term impact

Reflected in the customer-driven sustainability agenda, Eltronic Group remains guided by their long-standing mission: to improve the competitiveness of its customers.

“By adapting, evolving, and staying close to our customers’ needs, we continue to support their progress while preparing for the opportunities that lie ahead,” says Lars Jensen.

Lars Jensen adds, “As I reflect on our 25-year journey and look toward the future, one thing remains clear: our success is built on the dedication of our people, the trust of our customers, and our commitment to responsibility, innovation, and long-term impact.”
With close family ownership, strong customer relationships, and a continued commitment to innovation and responsibility, Eltronic Group is wellpositioned to adapt, grow, and create long-term value for customers, employees, and society.
